She has been in the hearing healthcare field for 5 years now. She is very involved in taking hearingloss awareness to her community. She works closely with community leaders, police departments, and private charities to promote hearing healthcare awareness.

Stephanie earned her MS in Audiology from Western Illinois University in 1999. Stephanie's focus primarily has been in clinical testing and consultation. She has just recently joined on with HearinPro. Her consultations help in difficult fittings and losses.

Charlie began his career under Dr. WF"Sam"Hopmeier of the former Hopmeier Hearing Center. Charlie later trained under one of St. Louis' leading ENT's (Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist) Dr. McCloskey (now retired). He was later utilized by Miracle Ear of Missouri to correct fitting problems. His superior work in hearing health earned him the Game Plan Award from the National Eldercare Institute on Business and Aging. Charlie utilizes his personal hearing loss to enable him to better understand the needs of his clients who feel he has a greater understanding of their needs.
